Panduranga Energy Systems Pvt Ltd (in Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process - CIRP) was incorporated on January 1, 2010. Sri C Panduranga Reddy and Smt K Madhavi initiated the steps to implement a 116MW gas based combined cycle plant (GE 6 FA) during 2011.
Panduranga Energy Systems Pvt Limited has implemented 116 MW Combined Cycle Gas based Power Project (CCPP) in Phase-I at Annadeverapeta, West Godavari district, Andhra Pradesh using state of the art technology.
M/s. Panduranga Energy Systems Pvt Ltd (in Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process - CIRP) was admitted into Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) on a petition filed by the Financial Creditor – Union Bank of India (including erstwhile Andhra Bank) under section 7 of IBC,2016. On 05/02/2026, the Hon’ble NCLT Hyderabad Bench admitted the application and appointed Mr. Sivanagaraja Taduvai as Resolution Professional. Currently Mr. Sivanagaraja Taduvai has taken over the charge and controlling the affairs of the company.

Execution of 116 MW (Phase-I) started in February 2011 and the Project was completed using state of art technology with all external infrastructures like transmission line, water supply etc. The plant is ready for commissioning. The major equipment includes GE FA Gas turbine, Shin Nippon Steam turbine and HRSG by Thermax India Limited.
Due to change in the policy of Govt of India in reserving the Gas for Food Industry (Fertilizer), Gas based power plant got stranded. about 12GW power plants became sick and were labelled as NPA by Financial Institutions.
On an application filed by Union Bank of India the hon’ble NCLT HYDERABAD(BENCH II) directed the Corporate Debtor into Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process
